CNC Precision Machining Services

We are one of the most economical milling and lathe work machine shops you’ll find in San Diego.

For milling, the largest size we can accommodate is 50" X 20" Y 25" Z. For turning, the largest part we can make is 15" dia - 20.5" cut length.

We are happy to do prototypes and are cost efficient in production. We provide is a quick rework for last minute modifications, when you discover a part you designed doesn’t work the way you imagined it would.

Fast Prototypes

We are often able to turnaround orders in 2-3 days if made by special order. Sometimes, we can make your prototype in under 24 hours.

Typical lead time is 2 weeks. We prefer to work off of CAD .igs files, with only a few notes or dimensions on the drawings. Please see our Samples page for examples of our work.

Services

We do CNC milling and turning/lathe work on all types of metals (magnesium, stainless, aluminum, brass), as well as plastics.

Often, we can fix design errors quickly - and free. We may have a ‘blank’ with some of the basic form, to quickly provide a replacement without an additional PO.
